Agenda:

-- Acumen will present an overview of the Lean Data methodology. Designed specifically for social enterprises, Lean DataSM helps build more impactful businesses by providing them with data on their social performance, customer feedback and behaviour. Lean Data uses low-cost technology and methods to gather high-quality data quickly and efficiently. In the session, we will share our learning and some key insights from speaking to more than 35,000+ customers across 10 countries and 85+ engagements. Some key points that will be highlighted are: 1. What is Lean Data?; 2. How do we do it?; 3. What's next for Lean Data?

-- Vera Solutions will share key learning from their work with nearly 200 social impact organizations, many of whom rely on technology for indicator management. They will discuss how organizations can use technology for data collection, management, and analysis -- for both monitoring and evaluation.

-- There will be a working discussion on data tools and techniques used by ANDE members and a discussion on proposed topics for future metrics-related India Chapter Meetings
