Nutritious Food Foresight

Global Knowledge Initiative is building momentum around this foresight study conducted on food system innovations having the potential to advance near-term nutrition outcomes. These innovations improve access to nutritious foods by introducing local market efficiencies within key resource constraints experienced in emerging markets. In addition to this nutrition lens, GKI is beginning to think about food system innovation as it affects all SDGs through connections to the biosphere, economy, and society alike.
