EGender-Lens Impact Measurement and Management Workshop in Uganda

This practical workshop will convene small and growing businesses (SGBs), investors, and intermediaries that support them to explore ways in which they could integrate a gender lens into their existing impact measurement and management efforts. We will seek to help participants think through how their work can redress gender inequalities and help their businesses. Additionally, we will highlight some new tools that can help social enterprises and SGBs to measure gender gaps in productivity and women’s economic empowerment.

Key Questions:

1.     What is gender lens impact measurement?

2.     Why is measuring impact with a gender lens important?

3.     How can companies integrate a gender lens into their impact measurement and management efforts?
