This is a full-time, remote position that requires frequent regional and occasional international travel.

Reporting to the CEO, Bpeace’s Chief Program Officer (CPO) is a collaborative, strategic, business-savvy leader who skillfully manages international teams and partnerships to maximize program impact and accelerate Bpeace’s mission.

Our CPO is responsible for the overall quality and impact of all Bpeace programs that help small and medium-sized business owners in crisis-affected communities grow their businesses, create jobs, and expand the economic power of women. This includes embodying Bpeace’s values and culture, leading program design for multiple countries and securing financial and talent resources to deliver on Bpeace’s theory of change and strategy.
