Rippleworks Leaders Studio: Rippleworks designs and delivers expert-led learning programs designed specifically for social venture leaders. Rippleworks partners with leading industry executives to run interactive, results-driven learning programs where social venture leaders gain the critical skills they need to deliver impact at scale.

Rippleworks Capital: Rippleworks provides hard-to-find capital required for scale (grants and investments in the $1M-$3M range), and has distributed $50M+ to scaling social ventures since 2018.

The Role

Rippleworks Leaders Studio exists to grow senior leaders and teams’ skills to achieve their goals and help their ventures solve the world’s toughest challenges. Leaders Studio partners with executives in their fields across the globe to build practical, interactive learning programs for senior leaders based on those executives’ real-life wins and failures. We’ve supported over 500 leaders at 100 ventures in 50 countries across the globe.

The Leaders Studio Manager independently builds, manages, and scales practical learning programs rooted in industry executives’ real-life experiences and lessons learned.


Specifically, you will:

  • Build, launch, and execute Rippleworks Leaders Studio learning programs: Partner with leading executives in their field to shape Rippleworks Leaders Studio learning program content. Conduct secondary research (e.g. written publications, articles, blogs). Draft learning program materials and activities (slides, video recordings, venture and leader profiles, etc.) to maximize leaders’ learning. Package practical templates and how-tos for leaders to use and share with their teams after completing a learning program
  • Design new Rippleworks Leaders Studio learning programs: Shape new Rippleworks Leaders Studio learning programs to meet leaders’ most critical needs. Adapt and apply best-practices to effectively support learning. Scope, execute and analyze experiments to test different approaches to create engaging and effective modules. Shape future learning programs based on results and lessons learned
  • Deeply understand ventures and leaders: Develop understanding and empathy for ventures’ and leaders’ most critical needs to effectively achieve their goals and improve more lives

  • 6+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to create, build, and scale programs / products that bring tangible results. This can include roles such as:
    • Learning program or curriculum design
    • Product design
    • Product / Program / Project management within a startup or a resource-constrained, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven track record of working closely with executives, effectively holding them accountable and acting as thought partners
  • Some familiarity with key business topics related to scaling ventures (e.g., Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Product, Data Analysis, People Operations, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and distill key takeaways. Practiced in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel or alternative
  • Enjoyment of learning and working with various tools such as Google Suite, Zoom, Miro, Trello/Asana, Salesforce, etc.
  • Demonstrated clear and structured written and verbal communication skills in English with exceptional ability to read the audience, articulate ideas clearly and succinctly, and add value to the topic at hand
  • Preferred / desired: in addition to English, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to conduct business in Spanish and/or French
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and social impact
