ANDE AC Fail Faire 2019

ANDE Annual Conference - Fail Faire 2019

An ANDE Annual Conference tradition, the ANDE "Fail Faire" presents an opportunity for ANDE member organizations to discuss failure, which we view as an indicator of risk taking and innovation, in a relaxed setting. We believe that most of our organizations have not always succeeded in achieving their project or organizational goals.

To encourage open and candid dialogue of our experiences with failure, we will make sure there is no recording during the event and ask all participants to adhere to Chatham House Rules for the entire event.

Chatham House Rules: When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speakers, nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.

Each speaker will speak for 7-10 minutes. Please make sure you are sharing about a project that you have personally been involved in. Feel free to be informal, funny, or irreverent without blaming/pointing fingers at others. We want to make sure this is a fun and positive educational event!

Applications are due by July 15 and 3-4 individuals will be chosen to kick off the Fail Faire.
