Ajoke joined ANDE in April 2021 and serves as Program Associate for the West Africa chapter. She has experience working in the Human Capital development and Nonprofit sector. Ajoke’s expertise includes content development, program design & management. Prior to joining ANDE, Ajoke was a freelance consultant focused on design and execution of education development projects for private and public sector organizations. She is also the Founder of REEL Foundation, a community focused nonprofit organization that seeks to promote equitable access to quality learning for children living in underserved communities in Nigeria. Ajoke is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an Associate Member of the CIPM in Nigeria. She graduated with a distinction (HND) from Lagos State Polytechnic and has an MBA from Plymouth Marjon University, Plymouth, UK. She is a 2017 Young African Leaders Initiative/Mandela Washington Fellow.
