Batsi joined ANDE in March 2022 and serves as the Program Coordinator for the Southern Africa Chapter.
She has more than 5 years working in projects related to tech ecosystems, entrepreneurship, and community development. Prior to joining ANDE, Batsi worked to strengthen entrepreneurial and emerging tech ecosystems in South Africa during her time at Simodisa Association. Driven by her passion for empowering and supporting township & rural entrepreneurs, Batsi has collaborated with several organisations, and has led initiatives to equip local entrepreneurs with digital skills to advance their businesses by utilizing technology. Her experiences range from project management, providing strategic support as well as developing and executing aspects of public relations, communications, and brand awareness.
