Mónica has a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development and CSR from Escuela de Organización Industrial in Madrid, Spain, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. She has prior experience in the social sector working for an NGO that provides capacity building and jobs for underprivileged people. Previously, she worked as an Operations Manager for the Impact Hub, where she gained extensive knowledge of the social impact ecosystem in Mexico.
