Vivian joined ANDE in April 2020 as a Talent Associate. Before joining ANDE, Vivian managed talent, operations, and corporate social responsibility for a government consulting firm and worked as a Human Resources Associate for the Council on Foundations. Vivian holds an M.S. in Management, a B.A. in Global Affairs with a concentration in Latin America, and a Tourism and Events Minor from George Mason University.
